Following the order of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, the quarantine period is planned until June 16 .

All the main entrances to the Shopping Centre CUP are open

Each entrance is equipped with a liquid disinfectant dispenser. Please disinfect your hands when entering and leaving the shopping centre.

Caring for your health, we are now using cleaning products with increased disinfecting effect to clean the floor, door handles, stair and escalator handrails, seat backs and supports as well as other surfaces indoors. We disinfect every day every 2 hours.



Wear protective masks on the premises of the shopping centre.

Follow the rules of coughing and sneezing etiquette and hand hygiene.

Disinfect your hands at the spots with disinfectant available at the shopping centre.

Keep a safe distance of at least 1 meter in the queues.

Go shopping alone or in no larger groups than up to 2 persons.

Only one person should be entering smaller stores (≤10 sq.m.) at a time.

Contact with other persons at the points of sale and services may not exceed 20 minutes.

Pay for goods and services with bank cards.

People from risk groups are advised not to go to the shopping centre.

Follow the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania and stay healthy!

Caring for your health, we are now starting to use more disinfectant-based liquids for the cleaning of the floor, door handles, stair and escalator handrails, seat backs and supports as well as other surfaces indoors.

We would also like to remind you that each of us should follow certain rules of conduct to ensure higher level of safety:

Wash hands frequently and thoroughly. Use soap and water. If possible, use disinfectant liquid.

Do not touch the face with your hands.

If you have visited the areas affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19), it is recommended stay home, monitor your health for 14 days from the last day of your stay in those areas. You also have the right to ask your employer to enable you to work remotely or to contact competent authorities for getting a sick-leave authorization.

Ventilate your homes, work space. Experts recommend opening windows at least once an hour.

If you experience flu-like symptoms, contact the coronavirus hotline 1808. Please be advised that staff can always seek advice via the Coronavirus Hotline 1808 (24-hour advice is available from the experts of the National Centre for Public Health). The most up-to-date and updated information is also published on the website of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania http://sam.lrv.lt/koronavirusas.


The CUP gift vouchers valid until March 16, 2020, or expiring during the quarantine, will be automatically extended free of charge for the period equal to duration of the quarantine.
